Ride Location: Thomas City Park Trails

Thomas City Park Trails offers up an excellent option for fat biking and xc skiing, local to Thomas WV. We’ll be grooming Dales Trail for the 2019-2020 season. A wider machine built trail, finished in 2018, Dales trail offers a wider tread and a fun, rolling bike optimized experience. JR Davis Trail will not be groomed and will offer up a tighter, more natural single track trail experience. To access Thomas City Park you have two options: either cross the bridge on 219 South and turn right into the City Park and follow back to the main parking lot or park on the rail grade in town and ride from there. Starting your ride with a coffee at Tip Top or ending with brunch  is an excellent option. You can also ride the rail trail south from town to add more distance or see Douglas Falls. That option will not be groomed.  Check Out MTBProject.com for current Condition Reports.
